Our Oil
Yep, here it's done the old fashioned way, all by hand, with natural methods and in synergy with the plants, so that there's a bit of us in our oil too.
The olive grove we take care of is located in Montelaterone. Seventeen majestic and generous plants of olivastra seggianese give us a full-bodied, soft and slightly spicy oil.
